Unlock value through a comprehensive digital transformation assessment

Successful digital transformation begins with a fundamental understanding of the state of your business, competition, technologies, opportunities and overall business goals — along with potential barriers to achieving them. We collaborate with your team to assess your business strategy, processes and technology across all dimensions in order to help you chart your path to success.

Our team can help you understand your current environment by identifying gaps between current organizational capabilities and future state goals, evaluating risks and determining strategic priorities. The benefits of our approach extend beyond the assessment phase by:

  • Anchoring to your strategy and vision
  • Aligning cross-functional stakeholders
  • Envisioning future opportunities for improvement
  • Defining expected benefits to measure value driven through your technology and processes

Digital strategy assessment

Our approach considers the unique characteristics and goals of your business to understand the complexities driving your current challenges. We leverage our Digital Maturity Model to evaluate your organization’s current state, define your vision for the future and outline the steps to achieve successful transformation.

Software evaluation

Whether you're looking to replace, upgrade, improve or scale your existing technology, our software evaluation approach can help identify the capabilities needed to fulfill the unique requirements of your organization. We then guide you through the selection of key technology to fill any gaps in functionality, whether it's an extension to your current solution, procurement of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions or a custom build.

IT assessment

Once your transformation goals are defined, it’s important to evaluate your existing technology landscape and identify future needs. Our technology assessment uses a process-driven approach to tailor the appropriate digital solutions to meet your organization’s functional and technical needs and goals.

Data assessment

Define your data model, utilize prescriptive analytics and leverage advanced technologies to become a data-driven organization. We look at your data maturity components, such as your visibility into business metrics, accessibility of real-time reporting, defined data ownership and governance processes to help you develop a strong data program that drives your competitive advantage.

Organizational readiness assessment

Take a proactive approach to change by assessing your organizational environment to enable a responsive, adaptable and dynamic change program that addresses the specific needs and challenges identified. Understanding your current environment can help you identify and mitigate risks early in the change process so you can feel confident in the success of your transformation.

Operating model assessment

Evaluate the current effectiveness of your organization’s structure to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision making and strengthen overall performance. We help you lay the groundwork for tailored solutions that streamline processes, enhance productivity and drive sustainable growth.

Process assessment

Our approach uncovers pain points in a current-state process and recommends opportunities for improvement to deliver better experiences and results for your employees and customers. With a focus on providing immediate value where attainable, we develop a sequenced road map that lays the groundwork for larger future endeavors.

AI readiness assessment

Evaluate your organization’s current state in each of our five dimensions to identify risks and gaps that need to be addressed prior to launching any AI initiatives. This assessment considers not only the technological aspects, but also your strategic alignment and workforce readiness, ensuring a holistic, safe and responsible approach to AI adoption.
