Baker Tilly provided due diligence services to DEMCO, Inc, a library and school supplies and solutions company, in their acquisition of Evanced Solutions, Inc., a developer of software and technology solutions for libraries.

This transaction was a bookend to DEMCO's earlier asset acquisition of Highsmith, a supplier of educational products and library supplies, from W.W. Grainger Inc. Baker Tilly also provided due diligence services on this transaction.

Headquartered in Madison, Wis., DEMCO is a subsidiary of Wall Family Enterprise, Inc., a family-owned business including eight library and education-focused companies located in the United States and the United Kingdom.
