Baker Tilly recognized as one of the winners of the Cross Border Turnaround Mega Award

Members of Baker Tilly's Forensic, Litigation and Valuation Services group were recognized as one of the winners of the Cross Border Turnaround Mega Award by Global M&A Network. The award recognizes the involvement of Prof. Jack Williams, Susan Seabury, Kevin McColgan, Anne Rasho Vanderkamp, Adam Ortega and Shanté George for their role as the Financial Advisor to the Disinterested Directors of Seadrill.
