Ryan Pickering is a director with Baker Tilly’s digital solutions practice. He has experience in pre-sales engagements associated with business case development, cloud roadmap development and workforce assessments. From a project delivery standpoint, Ryan focuses in the areas of program and project management, end-to-end process and service delivery model design, change management, global deployment execution and oversight, and more broadly — analytics and HR administration.

  • Worked with a Fortune 250 connectivity company with more than 15,000 employees providing project and change management oversight for their Oracle HCM Cloud implementation; specifically oversaw the development of end-to-end business processes associated with the following HR functions – absence management, benefits, compensation, Core HR, HR Help Desk and Talent Acquisition
  • Worked with an international healthcare network, with more than 260,000 employees globally, to develop a Business Case for implementing Oracle HCM Cloud for their Talent Acquisition function
  • Worked with a United States federal agency with 68,000 employees providing program management oversight on a Harmonization project in which we develop Global Common Model (GCM) processes for their various organization groups, inclusive of Core HR, HR Help Desk, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management processes
  • Worked with a 1,500 employee regional medical provider providing support for a Workforce Assessment of their HR function, as well as, their HCM Cloud solution; specifically organizing their HR function and the roles and responsibilities needed to deliver for their business
  • Worked with a global advisory, broking and solutions organization with more than 40,000 employees providing project management support for their implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Acquisition and Core HR in more than 75 countries across the globe; helped structure, organize and oversee the collective deployment support workstream
  • Worked with a global automotive parts manufacturer with more than 34,000 employees providing program management oversight for their implementation of the Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Learning modules within 15 countries and across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific
  • Worked with an international clothing retailer with 66,000 employees providing change management for their Oracle HCM Cloud implementation of Recruiting and Onboarding, across their North America corporate and store stakeholder groups
