Missy is a principal in the consulting practice of Baker Tilly and is the client accounting services practice leader.

Missy is the client accounting services practice leader for Baker Tilly. She transforms her clients’ back offices by implementing the most up-to-date technology and streamlined accounting processes available for entrepreneurial businesses. Her clients are able to focus on growth with the benefit of accurate and timely financial reporting. She has significant experience with clients pre- and post-acquisition particularly in the technology, distribution and service industries.

Missy formerly provided transaction advisory services, specifically buy side and sell side quality of earnings and due diligence services for private equity, senior lenders and strategic investors. She now uses that expertise to prepare her clients’ financial records in a manner that sets them up for success in the event of third-party reporting needs, including bankers, investors and auditors.
