Erin Santossio is a tax principal with Baker Tilly. She is a hands-on professional who serves as a business resource to clients, advising them on a wide range of complex federal, state and international tax issues. Erin works closely with publicly traded and privately held clients in multiple industries and is particularly well versed in the tax implications that technology and life science companies face during various stages of growth.
With more than 20 years of public accounting experience, Erin’s approach to tax engagements is distinguished by her strong knowledge base and her genuine commitment to service, which allow her to consistently meet and exceed her clients’ expectations. She has strong experience in corporate tax with significant knowledge and experience in the areas of ASC 740 tax provisions and ASC 740-10 analysis, multijurisdictional tax exposure, R&D credit opportunities and planning considerations. She also provides valuable support during due diligence proceedings in the event of an acquisition.
Prior to joining the firm, Erin spent more than four years with a Boston area public accounting firm where she provided both audit and tax services to a diverse client base.
