  • Provides assistance with due diligence process for mergers and acquisitions of healthcare facilities
  • Assists with software transitions, specifically, PointClickCare (PCC) and MatrixCare (MC) systems
  • Provide general accounting, consulting and advisory services to senior living providers
  • Regularly participates in speaking events for a variety of post-acute care related industry associations
