Andy Koelbl, a principal with Baker Tilly, has been with the firm since 2018. He provides new market tax credit (NMTC) services to clients principally in the area of loan servicing, compliance and portfolio monitoring. Previously worked in NMTC asset management for over 10 years.
- Performs CIIS compliance reporting and submission, financial review and reporting, and community impact reporting and analysis
- Provides clients with portfolio monitoring reports and updates on compliance and loan servicing
- Prior to joining Baker Tilly, assisted in the deployment of approximately $1 billion of NMTC allocation and oversaw the portfolio management for over 100 NTMC investments
- Graduate of a national rating agency structured finance training program
- New Markets Tax Credit Roundtable Advisory Committee, member
