Alison is a director with Baker Tilly’s CFO advisory practice. She is passionate about partnering with clients and helping them through whatever challenges they face. Alison not only supports clients on the accounting side by improving processes, but she also forms authentic relationships, becoming part of their culture and leading to better results.
- Assists in managing the CFO Advisory practice within Chicago office, providing controller and CFO interim services
- Perform pre- and post-merger and acquisition accounting related tasks for large and midsized private entities
- Engage additional CFO advisory services and other Baker Tilly service areas to existing clients, promoting full-service approach to client needs
- Assist with audit readiness activities and financial statement audit completion
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements for leadership team
- Recommend best practices surrounding controls, processes and departmental structuring
- Specific expertise servicing private equity owned companies, manufacturing and distribution as well as healthcare industries
